ISSA-Training on Occupational Safety

12 representatives of different INEFOP entities will be able to participate in a training course on occupational safety, to take place from 27.05. to 07.06.2013 in Dresden/Germany. The training will be facilitated by the International Social Security Association (ISSA). It comprises a variety of topics related to specific safety issues relevant to the occupation Electrician.

What is the ISSA?

The ISSA is an organisation of more than 340 institutions from 158 countries. Its objective is to promote and enhance social security worldwide. The ISSA was founded in 1927 in Geneva and has there its headquarters in the ILO. The ISSA is divided into 13 sections according to industrial branches which offer specialist networks, conduct research and analyses and trigger discussions regarding health and technical security issues.
